2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Quick Navigation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us and full payment or the required deposit has been received.

2.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or omissions at any time and to cancel any bookings made with incorrect pricing.

2.3 Payment

To secure a booking, a deposit (typically 20% of the total tour price) is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during the booking process.

2.4 Fees and Surcharges

Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods. We reserve the right to impose surcharges for increases in transportation costs, government taxes, or fluctuations in exchange rates. If a surcharge exceeds 10% of your total tour price, you have the right to cancel with a full refund of all monies paid.

2.5 Special Requests

We will try to accommodate special requests such as dietary requirements, specific room types, or disability accommodations, but these cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by us.

3. Rights and Responsibilities

3.1 Your Responsibilities

As a client of Quick Navigation, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that you and all members of your party have valid passports, appropriate visas, and meet all health requirements for your destination
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and other potential risks
• Providing accurate and complete personal information required for booking services
• Respecting the laws, customs, foreign exchange, and drug regulations of all countries visited
• Behaving in a manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment of others on the tour
• Following the guidance and instructions of tour leaders or guides

3.2 Our Rights

• Modify or cancel any tour, accommodation, or arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances
• Substitute accommodation of similar standard when necessary
• Decline any booking or refuse to carry any person who in our opinion may affect the enjoyment, harmony, comfort or safety of other guests
• Remove from a tour any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate
• Collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

3.3 Tour Leaders and Guides

Our tour leaders and guides have the authority to make decisions that affect the safety and well-being of the tour group. You agree to comply with any reasonable direction given by them during your tour.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through our website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
